Welcome to the official website of the Future Cross Border Payments (FXB) Summit. By registering, sponsoring, exhibiting, or otherwise participating in the Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration & Attendance
- All registrations are subject to confirmation and availability.
- Payment must be received in full prior to the event to guarantee access.
- The event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission without liability if payment has not been made or in cases of misconduct.
2. Payments & Invoicing
- Fees must be paid in the currency and method specified on the registration form or invoice.
- Invoices will be issued upon confirmation of registration or sponsorship.
- Any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) will be added to the invoice and are payable by the registrant/sponsor.
3. Cancellations & Substitutions
- Delegates: Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the following:
- More than 30 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before the event: No refund
- Substitutions: A substitute delegate from the same organization may attend at no extra charge.
- Sponsors/Exhibitors: Cancellations are non-refundable once agreements are signed.
4. Event Program
- The organizers reserve the right to alter the agenda, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- While every effort will be made to deliver the advertised program, no liability is accepted for changes outside the organizers’ control.
5. Intellectual Property
- All event materials, presentations, recordings, and branding are the intellectual property of the organizers and/or speakers.
- Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit event content without written permission.
6. Liability
- The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property incurred during the event.
- The organizers are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
- By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for event purposes, including communications before and after the event.
- Your details may be shared with sponsors, partners, or speakers where relevant, unless you opt out during registration.
- The event complies with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, where applicable).
8. Force Majeure
- The organizers are not liable for any cancellation, postponement, or modification caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government regulations.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
